An account typically becomes inactive/suspended due to an unpaid parking session or an expired payment card. To reactivate your account, simply update your payment method. The unpaid parking will be charged automatically during the next night.
If your account remains inactive after updating your payment method and the next night, the issue may be caused by insufficient funds, restrictions set by your bank, or a technical error on the bank’s side.
Please check your payment settings and available funds, then try again. If the issue persists, try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.
Note: The fastest way to activate your account is to add a new credit card. Your account will then be reactivated immediately.
