To begin parking using the Stockholm Web App, visit https://web.easypark.net/ and follow these simple steps:
- Search for the area code (If the area code is not available in the web app, it may be because the parking spot is not operated by the City of Stockholm)
- Select your desired parking duration.
- Choose your vehicle.
- Tap ‘Start Parking’ to begin.
If the area code is not available, it cannot be used with the web app. In such cases, please use the mobile app to start your parking. You will receive a confirmation via email once your parking has started.
To stop your parking in the web app, just follow these easy steps:
- Open the confirmation email you received when the parking started.
- Click on ‘Manage Parking’.
- Press ‘Stop Parking’.
- Confirm your selection.
Note: Long-term parking tickets cannot be stopped once initiated, as stated upon purchase. However, if a long-term parking session has been queued but has not yet begun, you have the option to cancel it. To do this, go to the "Activity" section and then the "Ongoing Parkings" area within the app and select the option to stop the session.
