All fees listed below are service fees charged by EasyPark. They are added to the standard fee charged by the parking operator. If the parking is free (0 SEK), you will not be charged a service fee.
1. EasyPark Small
Best if you park occasionally.
Service Fee: 15% of the parking cost (minimum 4.95 SEK).
Monthly Fee: 0 SEK (No recurring fee).
Optional SMS Reminder: 2 SEK.
Email Receipt: Free.
2. EasyPark Lokal
Best if you only park in specific local areas.
Service Fee: you do not pay a service fee when parking in areas included in the local package.
Restrictions: your parking is restricted to designated local areas only.
Important: If you try to start a session outside these areas, you will be prompted to switch back to EasyPark Small. When switching back:
A service fee will apply again.
you will regain access to all value-added services.
How to switch to Lokal:
Open the Menu in the app.
Select Subscription.
Tap the link: "If you are eligible for EasyPark Basic in your city you can switch to that on our website."
Select your city from the dropdown menu and click Save.
How to cancel back to EasyPark Small:
Via the website, or
When you are in "Start Parking" mode in the app.
3. EasyPark GO
Best if you park regularly and want to skip service fees.
Monthly Fee: 49 SEK.
Service Fee per parking: 0 SEK.
Optional SMS Reminder: 2 SEK.
Email Receipt: Free.
🛠️ Cancelling Your Subscription
If you decide to end your subscription, it’s a simple process within the app. This will change your package to EasyPark Small, which has no recurring fee.
In-App Cancellation Steps:
Go to the Menu.
Tap on Subscription.
Select Manage subscription.
Tap Cancel subscription.
