Where is the EasyPark web app available?
The web app is only available for use at parking spots owned by the City of Stockholm.
How do I start a parking session via web app?
Visit https://web.easypark.net/ and follow these steps:
Search for the area code (note: only valid for parking areas owned by the City of Stockholm).
Select your desired parking duration.
Choose your vehicle.
Tap 'Start Parking' to begin.
You will receive a confirmation via email once your parking has started.
How do I stop a parking session?
Follow these steps to end your session:
Open the confirmation email you received when the parking started.
Click on 'Manage Parking'.
Press 'Stop Parking'.
Confirm your selection.
Can I stop a web app parking session using the mobile app?
No. Parking sessions started in the web app can only be stopped through the web app and cannot be managed via the mobile app. If you encounter issues stopping your parking on the web app and your session runs overtime, please contact customer support for assistance.
