To access your account on both the app and the portal on our website, use your phone number as your username. Don’t forget to include the "+" and your country code when logging in.
Login Credentials:
- Username: Your full phone number.
- Format: You must include the plus sign (+) and your country code.

Login Process:
- Enter Your Phone Number:
- Use your phone number as the username, including the "+" and your country code.
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):
- After you enter your phone number, we will send a verification code to that number via SMS.
- Enter the verification code you receive to complete the login process.
- Enter Your Last Used Vehicle:
- For an extra layer of security, you might be prompted to enter the license plate of the last vehicle you used in the app.
Important Information and Troubleshooting:
- Requesting a New Code:
- If you request a new verification code, the previous one will immediately become invalid.
- The 30-second timer shown on the screen is the time you have to request a new code, not the time you have to enter it.
- Automatic Code Insertion:
- Some phones may automatically fill in the verification code from the SMS. This is a feature of your phone's operating system, not the app itself.
- If the code fills in by itself, you have successfully verified and will be taken to the next step (like entering your license plate).
- If You Cannot Log In:
- If you are still unable to log in after following these steps, please contact customer support.
- Provide a brief description of the issue and include any error messages you are seeing.
