Steps to Log In
Use Your Phone Number:
Enter your phone number as your username.
Include both the "+" and your country code, e.g., +46.
Two-Factor Authentication:
After entering your phone number, you will receive a verification code via SMS.
Enter the code to complete your login.
Important note:
The 30-second timer applies to requesting a new code, not the time to receive and enter it.
If you request a new code, the previous one will become invalid once the new code is issued.
Enter Your Last Vehicle:
For added security, you may be asked to enter the last vehicle you used in the app.
If you don’t remember your last vehicle, please provide a phone number and our team can assist you.
Automatic Code Insertion:
Many phones can automatically insert the verification code into the app. This is not a technical error but the phone's own feature.
Note: This is not an EasyPark feature and cannot be guaranteed. It depends on your phone.
