To access your account on both the app and the portal on our website, use your phone number as your username. Don’t forget to include the "+" and your country code when logging in.
Steps to Log In
- Use Your Phone Number: Enter your phone number as your username. Be sure to include both the "+" and your country code, e.g. +46.
- Two-Factor Authentication: Once you’ve entered your phone number, you’ll receive a verification code via SMS. Enter the code to complete your login.
- Enter Your Last Vehicle: For added security, you may also be asked to enter the last vehicle you used in the app. In cases you don't remember your last vehicle you used, you can get help from or customer care team.
Note: Many phones have a feature that automatically inserts the verification code into the app. However, we cannot guarantee this because it is not an EasyPark feature. This feature depends on your cell phone.
