At EasyPark, we are committed to making cities more livable by making green driving easier. You can use our app to find, start, and pay for charging at thousands of stations across Sweden and throughout Europe. No more juggling multiple cards—just one app for both parking and charging.
What you need to get started
An EasyPark Private Account: Currently, charging is available for private users. (Business users: please contact your account manager for updates).
The EasyPark App: Make sure you have the latest version installed.
An Electric Vehicle: Ready to plug in!
Step-by-Step: How to charge
Find a station: Open the app and look for the bolt icon on the map.
Select your plug: Tap the station to see details like connector types, maximum power (kW), and current pricing per kWh.
Plug in: Connect your vehicle using your own cable (standard for AC) or the station's built-in cable (standard for DC fast charging).
Start in the app: Select the correct outlet number in the app and tap "Start Charging."
Finish up: When you’ve reached your desired charge, tap "Stop" in the app or simply unplug the cable (depending on the station type).
Do I need to pay for parking while charging?
In many cases, yes. It is important to remember that charging and parking are often treated as two separate services.
Check local signs: Look for signs indicating if the spot requires a parking fee in addition to the charging cost.
Start both if needed: If parking is not free, you will need to start both a charging session and a parking session in the app. They will appear as separate items on your receipt.
Good to know
We partner with the pros: EasyPark doesn’t own the chargers. We work with Charging Point Operators (CPOs) to give you access to their networks.
Charging Speeds: The kW shown in the app is the maximum speed the station can provide. Your actual speed may vary based on your car's battery level, temperature, and the local power grid.
Transparent Pricing: The charging price is set by the operator, and EasyPark adds a service fee. You can always see the total rate before you start.
Travel with Ease: You can use your EasyPark app to charge in many European countries. The app will automatically adapt to the local currency and language.
