It can be a bit confusing when your previous sessions don't appear where you expect them. If your history or account data is missing, it’s usually due to one of the following reasons:
1. You have multiple accounts
It’s common to have more than one account—for example, a personal one linked to your private phone number and a business one for work.
The fix: Double-check that you are logged in with the correct phone number or email for the history you are looking for.
2. You haven’t switched views
If your personal and business accounts are linked to the same phone number, the app keeps the histories separate to help with your bookkeeping.
The fix: In the Activity section, make sure you have selected the correct "profile" (Business or Private) to view those specific sessions.
3. A new account was accidentally created
If you have trouble logging in and try to "sign up" again, you might accidentally create a brand-new, empty account.
The fix: Log out and try logging in again with your original credentials. If you’ve forgotten which number you used, our team can help you locate it.
4. The account was closed
Once a customer account is fully closed and deleted, the parking history associated with it is permanently removed to protect your privacy.
The fix: We always recommend downloading your receipts from the Activity tab before closing an account.
