Your EasyPark account is directly linked to your phone number to keep your information secure. Because of this, it isn't possible to change the number yourself within the app.
How to update your number
If you’ve switched to a new phone number, we are happy to help! Please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in updating your account details.
Important things to consider
Keep your history: If you decide to delete your old account and start fresh, you will lose access to your previous parking history.
Save your receipts: Before making any changes or closing an account, we recommend downloading any receipts you might need from the Activity section.
