Camera Parking Still Active After Leaving
If your Camera Parking session is still active but you have already left the area:
Try to end the session in the app directly.
If this is not possible, contact our Customer Care team with the following information:
License plate number
Start date and time of the parking session
End time of the parking session
Tips to Ensure Camera Parking is Registered Correctly
Camera Parking may stay active if the system can’t accurately detect your vehicle exit. To reduce the chances of this happening:
Keep your license plate clearly visible: Dirt, snow, or other obstructions can prevent the camera from correctly registering your exit.
Exit at a steady, slow speed: Driving too fast when leaving the parking area may make it harder for the camera to read your license plate.
Enable app notifications: Turning on notifications in the EasyPark app helps you stay informed when parking starts and ends.
