Camera Parking Still Active After Leaving
If your Camera Parking session is still active but you have already left the area:
Try to end the session in the app directly.
If this is not possible, contact our Customer Care team with the following information:
License plate number
Start date and time of the parking session
End time of the parking session
Tips to Ensure Camera Parking is Registered Correctly
Keep your license plate clean: Ensure it’s free of dirt, snow, or obstructions for accurate camera recognition.
Drive slowly: Maintain a steady pace when leaving the parking area to help the camera read the plate.
Enable app notifications: Turn on notifications in the EasyPark app to receive alerts when parking starts and ends.
