You can turn on automatic receipt delivery, so you don't even have to think about it! Here's how:
- Open the App
- Tap the menu
- Select "settings for notifications"
- Turn on "Receipt"
Please note that the receipt is automatically generated once your parking fee has been charged, typically the day after your parking. Multiple parking sessions within 24 hours will be combined into a single transaction and receipt. Parking receipts cannot be divided.
For long-term parking, the receipt can be downloaded from the app or website only after the parking session has ended.
We recommend enabling receipts in the app by going to Menu→ Notification settings, scrolling down to Receipts, and turning it on. This way, receipts will be sent automatically to the email address linked to your account once they are available.
