If you need a specific receipt or want an overview of your payment history, you can find this by downloading the receipts for the parkings in question. See how below.
In the EasyPark app
- Open the App
- Tap the menu: In the upper corner
- Go to "Activity"
- Choose Your Parking: Find the parking session you need a receipt for.
- "Send receipt by email": Just tap that
On our website
- Log In: Head over to our website and sign in.
- Go to "History": You'll find your past parking there.
- Tap on the Parking: Click on the one you need.
- Download: You can download the receipt or a confirmation of your parking.
Note: The receipt is not available immediately after the end of the parking period. A receipt will only be generated after a successful charge. Multiple parking sessions on the same day will be combined into a single transaction and receipt. Parking sessions that cost 0€, will also appear on the receipts. Parking receipts cannot be divided.
Please note that there may occasionally be a delay of a few days in payment transactions, depending on the payment method chosen. Earliest you can get the receipt is the next day.
Please also note that you can only retrieve receipts for parking sessions made through EasyPark.
This means that if the parking session you are requesting a receipt for does not appear in your parking history in the app, it was not paid for via EasyPark, and therefore, a receipt cannot be provided.
At the moment, private users cannot download a receipt for their subscription via the app or through our website.
If you need a receipt, please contact our customer service directly. We will provide the necessary documentation.
When will I receive my receipt if I paid by invoice?
The actual invoice will be created and sent to you about one month later.
