Getting Receipts and Payment History
In the EasyPark app:
Open the app and tap the menu in the upper corner.
Go to Activity and select the parking session.
Tap Send receipt by email.
On our website:
Log in and go to History.
Select the parking session and download the receipt or parking confirmation.
For business customers:
Admins can log into the self-service portal, go to Payment History, filter, and export invoices.
Important notes:
Receipts are available after the parking ends and after a successful charge.
Multiple sessions on the same day are combined into one receipt.
0€ sessions appear on receipts.
Receipts cannot be divided.
There may be a delay of 1–2 days depending on the payment method.
Long-term parking receipts are usually available within 48 hours.
Only EasyPark-paid sessions generate receipts.
Private users cannot download subscription receipts. Contact customer care for EasyPark Go subscription documentation.
Issued invoices cannot be edited retrospectively.
If you paid by invoice, the invoice is created and sent about one month later.
