How do I get the receipt for my parking?
In the EasyPark app:
Open the app and tap the menu in the upper corner.
Go to Activity and select the parking session.
Tap Send receipt by email.
On our website:
Log in and go to History.
Select the parking session and download the receipt or parking confirmation.
For business customers:
Account admins can log into the self-service portal, go to Payment History, filter, and export invoices.
I am not receiving the parking receipt?
If you don't receive you parking receipt, please check the following:
Make sure there's an email address saved in your Account Settings.
Receipts are only available after the parking ends and the payment is completed. This take 1-5 working days.
Only EasyPark-paid sessions generate receipts. If you paid on the machine on site, please contact the parking operator to get the receipt.
If you have an EasyPark Go subscription, the subscription fee is billed monthly. You can download a receipt for this subscription through the self-service portal on our website.
Other notes:
0,- sessions appear on receipts.
Receipts cannot be divided.
If you just need confirmation for one specific parking, you can grab the "Parking confirmation" from our website.
There may be a delay of 1–2 days depending on the payment method.
For long-term parking, the receipt can be downloaded from the app or website only after the parking session has ended.
Receipts for subscriptions (private/business users) do not show in the app.
Issued invoices cannot be edited retrospectively.
If you paid by invoice, the invoice is created and sent about one month later.
