How do I get the receipt for my parking?
Method 1: Via the EasyPark Mobile App (Standard Users)
To retrieve a receipt for a standard parking session using the mobile app:
Open the EasyPark app.
Tap the menu icon in the upper corner.
Select Activity and choose the relevant parking session.
Tap Send receipt by email.
Method 2: Via the EasyPark Website (Standard Users)
To download a receipt or parking confirmation via the web browser:
Log into your account on the EasyPark website.
Navigate to the History section.
Select the specific parking session.
Click to download either the receipt or the parking confirmation.
Method 3: For Business Customers (Account Administrators)
To export business invoices:
Log into the EasyPark self-service portal.
Navigate to Payment History.
Apply filters as needed, then select Export invoices.
I am not receiving the parking receipt?
If a user states they have not received their parking receipt, verify the following troubleshooting steps conditionally:
Missing Email Address: Ensure there is a valid email address saved under Account Settings in the app or website.
Active Parking Sessions: Receipts are only generated after the parking session has completely ended and payment processing is complete. This process typically takes 1 to 5 working days.
Payment Method Constraints:
In-App Payments: Only sessions paid directly through EasyPark generate receipts here.
On-Site Physical Machines: If the user paid at a physical parking machine on-site, EasyPark cannot provide a receipt. Instruct the user to contact the local parking operator directly.
EasyPark Go Subscribers: Subscription fees are billed monthly. Receipts for this subscription cannot be found in the app; they must be downloaded through the self-service portal on the EasyPark website.
General Receipt Policies
Zero-Value Sessions: Parking sessions with a cost of 0,- will still appear on receipts. If you have multiple zero-value (free) parking sessions, they will not generate individual immediate receipts. Instead, they will be accumulated and displayed together on the very next receipt generated by a paid parking session.
Splitting Receipts: Receipts cannot be divided or split into multiple separate documents.
Multiple Parking Sessions on the Same Day: If a user completes multiple parking sessions within a single day, all charges are processed together at the same time. Consequently, these sessions will be consolidated and shown together on one single receipt.
Retrospective Edits: Once an invoice or receipt is issued, it cannot be edited retrospectively.
Timelines and Delays
Payment Processing Delay: Depending on the selected payment method, there may be a processing delay of 1 to 2 days before the receipt becomes available.
Long-Term Parking: Receipts for long-term parking sessions can only be downloaded (via the app or website) after the entire parking session has officially ended.
Invoice Billing Timeline: If the user pays via invoice, the invoice is generated and dispatched approximately one month later.
Document Visibility
Subscription Receipts: Receipts for both private and business subscriptions do not show in the mobile app. They must be accessed via the web portal.
Alternative Confirmations: If a user only requires proof of a specific parking event rather than a full financial receipt, they can download a "Parking confirmation" directly from the EasyPark website.
