I’m not receiving the SMS verification code
If you’re not receiving an SMS when logging into the app:
- Update the app: Make sure you have the latest version of the EasyPark app.
- Reinstall the app: Delete the app and download it again from the App Store or Google Play.
- Update the operating system: Check that your phone’s operating system is updated to the latest version.
If you're not receiving the SMS when logging into the website:
- Check login information: Ensure you've entered the correct details.
- Try a different browser: If nothing else works, try logging in via a different browser, such as Chrome or Safari.
