Did you accidentally start your parking session for a different car than the one you actually parked?
If you've already started parking on the wrong vehicle, please check if you are able to change the license plate of the active session. If this option is not available, you'll need to end the incorrect parking session right away and then start a new parking session with the correct vehicle.
Kindly note that once a parking session has concluded, the registered license plate number cannot be modified.
Starting parking on the wrong car can also come with a few risks:
- Parking Fine: You might receive a parking fine if the license plate registered in the app doesn't match the car that's actually parked.
