EasyPark Business Self-Service Portal
The EasyPark Business self-service portal allows administrators and employees to manage account settings and parking history.
Logging in as an Administrator:
Use the business account username from your welcome email.
If the password is forgotten, reset it via the “Forgot Password?” link.
Two-factor authentication is required: a verification code is sent by SMS or email. If one method fails, use the other.
Additional users can be added if more people need access.
Logging in as an Employee:
Employees linked to a business account can log in using their registered phone number.
Enter your username (phone number or email) and complete two-factor verification.
Information Accessible to Employees:
View user account details and settings linked to the business account.
Access parking history for all sessions under the business account associated with the phone number.
If a private EasyPark account is linked to the same phone number, its information can also be managed in the portal.
This provides a consolidated overview of both business-related and personal parking activity in one place.
