Wondering how to pay for your recent parking? Here’s how it works.
Add your payment
You'll need to add your preferred payment method into the app. It's a one-time thing, and then you're all set.
Note: Our application accepts only one payment method at a time. Therefore, you cannot add a second payment method.
How does the payment work?
Card: The parking fee is automatically charged from the card 1–3 days after the parking session.
Swish: Swish is a prepayment option, meaning your payment is processed at the beginning of your parking session.
If you end your session earlier than planned and the final amount is lower than the original payment, the difference will be refunded to you.
If you extend your parking time, an additional payment will be charged accordingly.
Invoice: Invoices are issued in the middle of the month by our invoicing partner, Riverty. If the total amount is less than 10 SEK, the invoice will be deferred to the following month
Note: If you add a card as payment method, and park more than once on the same day, these will be charged in one single transaction. If you see a charge that is a bit higher than what you expected for a single parking, that's probably why!
What Happens if a Payment Doesn't Go Through?
If for some reason we can't process a payment, we'll send you a text message to let you know.
