If you use EasyPark and have selected Invoice as your payment method, your parking costs will be compiled and sent to you via our partner, Riverty, around the 15th of every month.
Automatic Invoicing via SMS
It is important to note that if you use the SMS parking service, "Invoice" is often selected as the default payment method. This happens automatically if you haven't previously created an account and linked a different payment method (such as a credit card or direct debit).
How Riverty Works
In the middle of each month, Riverty issues a consolidated invoice covering all parking activity from the previous month. You can identify the bill by looking for Riverty as the sender.
Your invoice will clearly display:
A detailed breakdown of your parking activity and associated costs.
Any applicable service fees or additional charges.
