A yellow or red light usually means the station is currently unavailable or experiencing a technical hiccup.

Contact the Operator Directly Because EasyPark connects you to many different providers, the technical maintenance of the physical hardware is handled by the Charging Operator.
Find the Support Number You can find the operator's contact details:
On a sticker or sign located directly on the charging pole.
On the instruction board at the parking spot.
Try a Different Station If there are other available chargers nearby, we recommend moving your vehicle and starting a new session in the app to ensure you get the charge you need.
