To ensure the best experience, please check the following:

  • Minimum OS: Android 9.0 or later
  • App Version: 15.33.0 or higher
  • Location: Must be set to "Precise Location"
  • Payment: Most methods (excl. Apple Pay/AfterPay)

Apple CarPlay

  • Minimum OS: iOS 15 or later
  • App Version: Latest version recommended

Important Tips for Success

  • Stay Logged In: Make sure you are already logged into the EasyPark app on your phone before connecting to the car.

  • Accept Terms: If you’ve recently updated the app, open it on your phone once to accept any new Terms & Conditions; otherwise, the car display might not let you start a session.

  • Notifications: Keep your phone notifications on so you receive a reminder when your session is about to expire!
