The Basic Package is a specialized plan designed for users who primarily park in specific municipalities or with certain providers.
What is the Basic Package?
This package is designed for residents who primarily park in specific, city-managed areas.
No Service Fees: You pay only the actual parking cost—no extra service fee is added to your sessions within the basic area.
Restricted Zones: The benefit applies only to designated basic parking providers. If you park outside these areas, the app will simply ask you to switch back to our standard "Small" package to stay covered.
How it works
With the basic Package, you don't pay a service fee when parking within your designated basic areas.
Where can I park? Parking is restricted to your specific basic zone.
What if I travel? If you try to park outside your basic area, the app will ask you to switch back to EasyPark Small. Once you switch back:
A service fee will apply to your transactions.
You will regain access to all our value-added services and our full parking network.
How to switch to Basic
If you are eligible for the basic Package in your city, you can set it up through our app:
Open the Menu in the app and select Subscription.
Tap the link that mentions switching to EasyPark Basic on our website.
On the website, select your city from the dropdown menu and click Save.
How to switch back to EasyPark Small
You can return to the standard EasyPark Small package at any time:
Via the website: Log in to your account and update your subscription.
Via the app: You will be prompted to switch back automatically if you attempt to start a session in a non-basic parking zone.
