The Self-Service Portal is designed to give both administrators and employees quick, secure access to account settings and parking data. Whether you’re managing a whole fleet or just your own work trips, here’s how to get in.
For Administrators
If you are managing the company account, follow these steps:
Use your Admin Username: You can find this in the welcome email sent to you when the account was first created.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): For your security, you will receive a verification code via SMS or email after entering your password. Simply enter the code to finish logging in.
Forgot your password? No problem! Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page, and we’ll help you reset it instantly.
Need more help? If your team is growing, you can easily add additional administrators through the portal so more people can help manage the account.
For Employees
If you are an employee linked to a business account, logging in is even simpler:
Use your phone number: Enter your registered mobile number as your username.
Verify your identity: Complete the login by entering the code sent to you via two-factor verification.
What can you see as an employee?
Once you’re logged in, you have full transparency over your activity:
Account Details: View and manage your personal settings linked to the business account.
Parking History: Access a full record of all parking sessions made under the business account associated with your phone number.
A Unified View: If you have a private EasyPark account linked to the same phone number, you can manage both accounts in one place! This gives you a clear overview of both your work-related and personal parking in a single, consolidated view.
