Before you begin, always double-check that the area code in your app matches the one on the local parking sign. If an area appears white or unmarked on our map, EasyPark services aren't available there just yet.
Two Simple Ways to Start
Enter the Area Code Manually Look for the parking sign nearby. Tap the search icon in the app and type in the specific area code shown on the sign.
Select from the Map You can also browse the map! The app will suggest area codes based on your current location to save you time.
Important Tips for Accuracy
Check the Country: Always ensure the app is set to the country where you are currently parked.
Verify the Sign: Even if the app suggests a code, always confirm it matches the physical sign at your spot.
A Note on GPS: Your phone uses GPS to suggest where you are. Because GPS accuracy can sometimes vary due to tall buildings or weather, a quick manual check ensures you're always paying for the right spot.
