Are you late or did your meeting run over? Don't worry, you can always prolong your parking session with these simple steps.
How to extend a parking
- Access Active Parking: You can view your current parking session by checking the timer that is counting down in the app or click on ongoing parking in the app. Ensure all the displayed information is correct. Long-term tickets will be listed under "ongoing" parking.
- Tap "Change": If you need to extend your parking time, tap on the "Change" button within the active parking view.
- Adjust the End Time: The parking wheel will reappear. Turn the wheel to the right to set your new desired end time.
- Confirm the New End Time: Once you are satisfied with the new parking duration, tap "Update Parking Time" or "Confirm new end time".
Note: You can only extend a parking session that is currently active and has not reached the maximum allowed time.
